About BCA EU

We work where jurisdictions intersect.

BCA is a European legal practice with an international reach. Since 2010 the group has moved from local legal matters to advising international corporate structures, cross-border groups and private clients with assets across several countries.

Today

An international legal practice, focused on European holding structures.

BCA EU advises corporate and private clients on international structuring, tax planning, transaction support and the long-term legal architecture of a business. We operate where different legal systems, tax regimes and regulatory approaches meet — and help build structures that are durable, legally sound and strategically considered.

No illusions, and no slides titled “opportunities.” The work is practical: understand the objective first, then propose a structure you can actually rely on.

New in 2026

Opening our Luxembourg & Netherlands practice.

In 2026 BCA established a dedicated European holding practice centred on the two jurisdictions most widely used for international corporate structures — Luxembourg and the Netherlands. The practice operates from Luxembourg City through MST Consulting Sarl-S, the group’s international legal advisor.

It brings together the group’s cross-border experience under one focused mandate: designing and implementing holding platforms, investment vehicles and cross-border ownership structures across the European Union.
